Coriander Seeds

Bearing the scientific name Coriandrum sativum, mainly the seeds and the leaves of the plant are used as a spice in curry dishes. The coriander seeds give a mint/ lemony flavor to the curries . Coriander is a well known herb that is used in Ayurvedic medicine. The coriander seeds are used to treat colds and have antibacterial properties and digestion of food.
